Information you give us
When you submit the contact, order-inquiry or licensed-buyer onboarding form, we collect what you enter: name, business name, phone, email, delivery address, license number and any documents you upload. We use it to answer your inquiry, verify that you are a licensed California cultivator (a legal requirement for any sale), quote and schedule deliveries, and keep records of orders. Form submissions are stored in our customer-relationship system and, where relevant, our accounting and state track-and-trace (METRC) records. We do not sell your information.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and the referring site or AI assistant that sent you). A first-party cookie records the first source that brought you here for up to 90 days so we can tell which channels lead to orders. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested URL, user agent) for security and rate limiting. You can block cookies in your browser; the site continues to work.
Public API, MCP server and AI assistants
Our public API and MCP server are read-only and require no account. They return only information we publish on this website: inventory, pricing, delivery fees, cultivar facts and business details. They do not return customer data. Requests are logged with IP address and user agent for rate limiting and abuse prevention only. If you use these tools through a third-party assistant (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or another client), the text of your questions is handled by that assistant under its own privacy policy; a delivery quote request sends us only the destination city or address you ask about, which we do not store beyond the request log.
Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about your inquiry, order, delivery or availability of genetics you asked about. Reply STOP to any text or tell us by email to opt out of further messages at any time.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with the service providers that run this site and our business systems (hosting, analytics, CRM, accounting, messaging, payment processing), with state regulators when required by cannabis law, and when legally compelled. Business and license records are retained as long as California cannabis regulations require; other information is kept while we have a business relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterward.
Your choices
California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them, request its deletion where the law permits, and opt out of marketing messages. Email sales@primecutsnursery.com and we will respond within 45 days. This site is intended for licensed businesses and adults 21 and over; we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
