Biscotti (Gelato #25 x South Florida OG) — a Cookie-family indica-dominant known for high THC, dense trichome-heavy flowers, and a gassy spiced-cookie terpene profile. Sundae Driver (Fruity Pebbles OG x Grape Pie) — also bred by Cannarado Genetics, celebrated for creamy vanilla, grape-chocolate notes, purple pigmentation via Grape Pie ancestry, and an easygoing balanced effect.

Terpene Profile

Aroma: Opens with sweet cream and vanilla custard, layered by cookie dough, light cocoa, and nutty biscotti. A second wave introduces grape-berry esters and mild tartness. Underneath, a peppery diesel backbone from the Biscotti side adds depth. When ground, the bouquet rounds into baked vanilla, cane sugar, and creamy grape with subtle woody spice on the back end.

Flavor: Creamy, doughy sweetness reminiscent of vanilla gelato with crushed biscotti. Mid-palate brings a grape taffy streak and light cocoa-dusted finish. History & Origin

Cannarado Genetics, a Colorado-based breeder known for dessert-terp hybrids, created Biscotti Sundae by crossing Biscotti (Cookie Fam Genetics) with their own Sundae Driver. The strain was designed to emphasize the dessert qualities of both parents while producing a stable, potent hybrid. It has since become a foundational breeding stock for Cannarado, spawning at least nine catalogued crosses. The multi-state brand Rythm popularized the strain commercially, bringing it to dispensary shelves across multiple markets. SeedFinder lists Biscotti Sundae as available only in regular (non-feminized) seed form from Cannarado.
