Start with beginner-friendly strains that are forgiving and pest-resistant. Oklahoma Coma and Donkey Kong are excellent first grows. Always buy HLVD-tested clones — starting with healthy genetics is the single most important decision.

Pots or grow bags (start with 1-gallon, final 5-15 gallon) Quality soil or coco coir + perlite Nutrients — veg and bloom formulas pH meter and pH up/down solutions Thermometer/hygrometer for VPD monitoring Pruning shears for training IPM supplies — neem oil, sticky traps
