Unknown. BeLeaf describes The Creature as an 'indirectly bred' Love Seed. The pheno-hunt room contained multiple elite cultivars; when the power failed three times during flower, several plants hermed and cross-pollinated. Seeds were collected from the best mothers and hunted at scale. The resulting genetics are essentially a mystery cross selected purely on merit.

Terpene Profile

Aroma: Intensely tropical with nectarine and ripe peach on the front end, transitioning into a unique plastic-like gas and nail-salon chemical back end. The nose is loud and unmistakable — not in the Cookies/OG family at all.

Flavor: Sweet tropical fruit and citrus upfront with floral mid-tones. The plastic-gas note carries through on exhale. Flavor translates cleanly into concentrates, maintaining the same tropical-to-gas sweep.

The original mother carries intersex traits (BeLeaf reports <4% herm rate in S1 testing). Maintain rock-solid light schedules and avoid stress during flower. Genetic foxtailing is a feature, not a defect. Do not harvest early thinking something is wrong — the foxtails will continue stacking trichomes through the end of flower. Hash maker's cultivar: WPFF ice water hash yields of up to 5% have been reported across multiple phenotypes. Her high trichome-to-plant-material ratio from the foxtail structure gives her an inherent advantage in the wash room. Maintain 70-78°F and moderate humidity. The Creature was discovered circa 2020-2021 at an off-grid BeLeaf Cannabis farm in rural Oklahoma. That winter, the power failed three times during flower in a pheno-hunt room, causing light-stress herming across multiple elite cultivars. Rather than discard the accidental seeds, BeLeaf founder collected them from the best mothers and designated them 'Love Seeds.' He planted 350 Love Seeds initially, then expanded to a massive hunt of 1,800+ seeds, finishing 1,200 females over a 105-day cycle. The Creature (Love Seed #2.260) emerged as the standout — her genetic foxtailing, extreme trichome coverage, and unique tropical-gas terp profile were unlike anything else in the room. She became a cornerstone of BeLeaf's breeding program and gained cult status when crossed with White Truffle to create Chimera.
